How much weight can I expect to lose?
Everyone is different so results vary from person to person. Realistically, it takes at least six to 12 weeks to make significant changes to your body composition and to achieve visible and lasting results to your fitness level. As an estimate, though, depending on your initial fitness and percentage of body fat, your level of commitment and readiness to make changes in your lifestyle, you can lose between five and 10kg (11 to 22lbs) in the first month of the programme. After three months, it’s possible to drop up to 20 kg (45 lbs – over three stone).

Can I join if I’m really overweight and unfit?
Yes. You’re considering joining a weight loss programme because you’re overweight and unfit, right? You will be pushed, but rest assured that the fitness coaches are highly experienced and will never ask you to do anything you are unable to do. Nor will they expect you to keep up with anybody else.
You are on your own personal weight loss journey. Your fitness programme will be individually tailored to your specific weight loss needs and capabilities. That’s why most exercises have ‘basic’ and ‘advanced’
versions. That’s why our coaches never use a ‘one exercise suits all’
approach. Rather, they tune into each individual.

What will I receive when I join the Extreme Fat Loss Boot Camp programme?
On signing up for our Extreme Fat Loss Boot Camps you’ll be given a detailed diet plan that includes 50 easy-to-make recipes, ideas for delicious salads, soups and smoothies, a day-by-day meal planner, ready-written shopping lists and a useful round-up of the ‘what can I eat’ rules to guide you as you journey along the fat loss fast-lane.
You will also be given a goody bag that contains all you need to stay focussed on your weight loss and fitness goals including a tape measure to monitor inch-loss, an A2-size action calendar to schedule fitness sessions, plus a specially devised folder to set targets and monitor progress.

Is there a joining fee?
No, there is no joining fee for the Extreme Fat Loss Boot Camps programme.
Can I pay per workout or just when I come?
No, it’s not possible to pay per workout. This is a long-term commitment you’re making. Each person must register onto the full Extreme Fat Loss Boot Camps programme and pay up front for the first month and continue paying by direct debit for at least two more months.
What is a typical Extreme Fat Loss Boot Camp fitness session like?
All Extreme Fat Loss Boot Camps fitness sessions have been designed and are supervised by Bronek Wlodarczyk. He has over 20 years of experience as a fitness professional. He also runs the Extreme Fitness Boot Camp in west London.
Once you enrol onto the Extreme Fat Loss Boot Camps, you are automatically booked onto three 60-minute fitness classes a week for a minimum period of three months. Each class is exactly 60 minutes long, completely different so you’ll never get bored and involves a carefully devised combination of resistance, cardiovascular and weights and includes a variety of circuit, metabolic and interval training with rhythmic music, group challenges and games.
You will be instructed how to perform basic moves like lunges, deep squats press-ups, squats, skipping rope jumping, burpees and stretches correctly and safely.
To ensure regular progression as the weeks go by, the drills will get longer, the exercises will become more intense and the number of repetitions will increase.
However, Extreme Fat Loss Boot Camps is NOT a military-style programme. We do NOT shout at anybody or use abusive language. The camps are run by a professional fitness, strength and conditioning coach, not military drill instructors, and the main goal of this programme is to help you lose weight whilst enjoying yourself in the process!

What do I need to bring to each fitness session?
You don’t need to bring any exercise equipment to the fitness sessions because the following equipment is all provided, as follows:

Other than that, all you need to bring is a positive attitude!
Will I get fitness homework?
In between your three supervised sessions per week, you will also be given fitness ‘homework’ to do in your own time that will fast-track you on your way to a leaner life.

The Extreme Fat Loss Boot Camps programme is an ongoing lifestyle commitment designed to be permanent so that you burn fat and lose weight forever. Initially, you are required to enrol for a minimum of three months, but after that you are welcome to participate for as long as you like and continue paying your direct debit. The longer the commitment, the lower monthly rate you pay.
We guarantee we’ll make sure you'll keep getting fitter and are always challenged regardless of how fit and lean you become! Some participants joined one of our outdoor Extreme Fitness Boot Camp programmes back in 2007 and they’re still coming back for more.

How long do I need to sign up for?
When you enrol onto the Extreme Fat Loss Boot Camps programme, the minimum length of time you can sign up for is three months. This isn’t a ‘miracle’ quick-fix diet, but a life-changing programme where you will develop new habits that result in substantial, permanent weight loss. We also offer six-month and longer programmes.

Yes, there are changing rooms, showers and locker facilities available.
How will I know what to eat when I’m on the programme?

How will I monitor my progress while I’m on the programme?
When you join the Extreme Fat Loss Boot Camps programme you will be given everything you need to stay focussed on your weight loss and fitness goals including a tape measure to monitor inch-loss, an A2-size action calendar to schedule fitness sessions, plus a specially devised folder to set targets and monitor progress.
